About The Position

  • Seeking an experienced OB / GYN physician to provide 24-hour call coverage in a hospital-based Family Birthing Center.
  • The role includes deliveries, C-sections, and emergency department coverage for OB / GYN-related issues. Coverage is needed to support cancellations and maternity leave.

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified OB / GYN or Board Eligible (within 5 years) – Required
  • Active California medical license – Required
  • DEA – Required at credentialing
  • Clean malpractice history – Preferred
  • Completion of accredited OB / GYN residency – Required
  • Documentation of at least 100 gynecological surgical procedures in the past 24 months (or recent residency / fellowship logs) – Required
