Job overview and responsibilities
This position will develop and maintain Flight Attendant electronic flight attendant service policy and procedures manuals and guides including, but not limited to, Link Guides, Inflight Service Guides and Inflight Policies and Procedures Manual (IPPM). These materials are essential to support new Inflight projects and must be accurate and timely as they are used to familiarize flight attendants with new service procedures and train new flight attendants. In addition, this position will review and respond to United Voices, IOR, ISAP and FRMP reports assigned to the Flight Experience team.

The base pay range for this role is $64,885.00 to $84,514.00. The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.
