Your Opportunity
The Engineering Manager will oversee design services such as fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), long-haul, hyperscale connectivity, and fiber rings in support of small cell infrastructure. This role combines program-level leadership (building workflows, cross-training teams, establishing QA / QC processes) with direct project management responsibilities as the fiber program grows. The Engineering Manager will set the foundation for scalable fiber delivery and manage client projects to ensure successful execution, profitability, and client satisfaction. Working in close partnership with the Business Development (BD) team and Telecom Regional Leads, the Engineering Manager will ensure that client pursuits are supported by a scalable, reliable delivery model that positions Stantec as a trusted partner in the fiber industry.

Pay Transparency : In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
