Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable ERP / MIS Administrator to lead and manage our entire tech stack, including the PrintVis ERP and Microsoft Business Central (BC) systems. This is a pivotal role that bridges operations, production, and technology—enabling cost savings through increased efficiency and automated processes. As the ERP / MIS Administrator, you will be involved in the end-to-end system design, oversight, maintenance, and user experience across our MIS platform tech stack. You'll partner with executive leadership, production managers, sales, and accounting to ensure that our PrintVis environment supports business goals and continues to evolve and deliver increased efficiencies as we grow.

System Monitoring and Daily Maintenance : Monitor system alerts, job queues, and logs for errors or delays; maintain system performance and data accuracy on a daily basis.User Administration and Support : Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing; deliver ongoing user training and maintain a knowledge library; act as the go-to support for user questions and technical challenges.Functional Troubleshooting & Internal Support : Identify and provide resolutions to root cause issues related to job costing, scheduling, reporting, and item setup; support Sales with customer management, quoting, and Quick Quote tools; track, prioritize, and address support tickets and system issues.System Configuration & Continuous Improvement : Build and maintain templates, cost structures, and calculation methods; modify existing reports and collaborate on new report development.Project Management & Development Oversight : Gather requirements and specs for new features and enhancements; liaise between departments and external development partners; manage PrintVis / BC upgrades (2x annually) and hotfixes.Data Integrity & Maintenance : Clean and maintain the Contacts list and related records; ensure Salesperson Codes and other key data fields are accurate; investigate and correct system data inconsistencies.Vendor & Partner Coordination : Collaborating with ISV partners for support and best practices; manage open support tickets and enhancement requests with vendors.Strategic Contribution : Participate in ERP and workflow strategy discussions; drive system improvements based on user feedback and evolving business needs.Requirements
Required Skills / Abilities :Business Process Knowledge : Deep understanding of how Sales, Estimating, Accounting, and Billing interact with production; ability to map system configurations to real-world workflows.
Production Process Knowledge : Strong grasp of how products are manufactured from start to finish; understands the impact of system changes on every stage of production.Technical System Knowledge : ERP Admin experience; PrintVis and / or Microsoft Business Central experience a PLUS; comfortable navigating technical systems, complex tables, and databases; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Jet Reports, Power BI) is a plus; leadership : you set the tone for system adoption and lead with a positive, proactive mindset; problem-solving; collaborative communicator; lifelong learner; detail-oriented; process-minded; accountability.Education and Experience
Minimum of associate degree in computer science, information technology or information systems; familiarity with print manufacturing or similar production environments; 3+ years of experience with PrintVis, Business Central, or similar ERP / MIS systems; proven experience with system administration, training, and documentation; experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, production, accounting); strong reporting and analytics skills a plus (Jet Reports, Power BI, SQL).Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or relevant field (but not required).J-18808-Ljbffr
