Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Manager for a nursing job in Roswell, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline : RN Duration : Ongoing 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Staff Title- Nurse Manager for Postpartum Services. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage postpartum nursing services, including NICU and Mother Baby Unit. Oversee clinical, financial, human, and material resources. Act as a chief retention and safety officer, ensuring compliance with safety, risk, and quality standards. Foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and staff. Guide shared governance decision-making, staff development, and effective onboarding. Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and quality improvement. Uphold ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational values. Education and Licensure Bachelor's in Nursing required; Master's preferred. Active RN license in Georgia (or Compact license) required. Current American Heart Association BLS certification required. Experience and Skills Minimum of 2 years in progressive nursing management. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of healthcare finance, operations, accreditation, and risk management. Ability to manage change, use data / technology for decision-making, and inspire teams.
