As a Sales Representative, you will :

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments between 9 AM and 6 PM (some evenings and Saturdays required to accommodate homeowners)
• Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations
• Follow the USA Insulation proven sales process (training and tools provided)
• Prepare accurate contracts, take required installation photos, and communicate key details to the install team
• Collect down payments
• Maintain relationships with previous customers and local contractors for potential referrals
• Visit job sites during installations as needed
• Participate in ongoing weekly training and team meetings

Requirements :

Compensation : This is a commission-only role with weekly commission payouts. Top performers typically earn between $100,000$250,000 annually with no cap on earnings.
