Call Center Supervisor – Inside Sales Leadership
Medallion Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company built on energy, integrity, and results. We're not just building roofs-we're building high-performance teams that drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As we expand, we're looking for a Call Center Team Lead who knows how to build momentum, coach for performance, and lead from the front.
Pay Rate : $80,000 plus 20% bonus
Responsibilities include :
- Creating and maintaining a proactive, competitive, and accountable sales culture
- Training and developing Sales Development Reps (SDRs) on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Setting clear goals, tracking performance, and driving results across the team.
- Leading by example-jumping on calls when needed to model top-tier execution
- Managing the call process on the floor and providing real-time coaching and feedback.
- Monitoring KPIs and delivering actionable insights to improve appointment setting and lead generation
