Office Clerk - Jerry Seiner Honda San Juan Capistrano

San Juan Capistrano, CA Full-Time Position $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting the dealership's daily operations. Key Responsibilities :

  • Process and manage daily deposits
  • Scan and digitally file essential dealership documents
  • Serve as backup support for deal compliance
  • Handle customer cancellations
  • Assist with general filing and clerical tasks as needed

What We're Looking For :

  • Previous office or clerical experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with office equipment and basic software programs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
