We are seeking a Field Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting on-site inspections, preparing detailed scopes and estimates, and securing reconstruction and emergency service projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical estimating skills, excellent communication abilities, and the drive to deliver high-quality results that meet both customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial losses to generate accurate scopes of work.
• Prepare estimates using Xactimate or Symbility within 24 hours of assignment.
• Collaborate with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and third-party administrators to gain approvals and close projects.
• Ensure all estimates meet company service standards and gross profit margin goals.
• Communicate and document change orders and insurance supplements.
• Build and maintain positive business relationships with insurance professionals and other stakeholders.
• Adhere to company safety programs and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of at least 70 and close the loop on all customer follow-ups within 24 hours.
