job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMust have an IICRC WRT Certification (other IICRC certifications valued). At least 1 year of experience in the restoration mitigation industry. Preferred : IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation. Ability to use Dash and Mica; knowledge of other industry software (DocuSketch, Encircle, ITEL App, etc.) is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Availability to work overtime in emergencies (after-hours, weekends, holidays). Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Proficiency with power tools and related equipment; willingness for continued learning and leadership of teammates. Attention to detail, organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment. Strong record keeping, communication of information, and ability to convey messages clearly. Safety-conscious mindset with awareness and respect for teammates and customers. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and demonstrate organizational and leadership skills. Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods. Responsibilities
- Manage and complete jobs according to PuroClean processes per work order with a 'One Team' mentality.
- Respond to service calls as needed and establish efficient job flow.
- Coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish.
- Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site; monitor customer needs and ensure a world-class level of service.
- Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers; complete timely and accurate job documentation.
- Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks.
- Maintain production costs at the established rate and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep office and field staff informed; support Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or Owner as appropriate.
- Lead by example to go above and beyond customer expectations during times of need.
