SP_Position Summary : Evaluate and treat adult patients in medical, surgical, and intermediate care units Provide gait training, functional mobility, therapeutic exercises, and oxygen titration Recommend post-acute care related to therapy needs

Minimum Education : Bachelor's in Rehabilitation Therapy

Licensure / Certification : Current FL license as PT or OT Experience

Requirements : Pelvic Health experience is REQUIRED and must be stated in work history. Provide physical therapy to patients referred for pelvic health related issues : such as incontinence, constipation, pregnancy related back or pelvic pain, post partum Proficiency across therapy services / settings Strong communication skills Preferred Skills / Experience : Outpatient care experience, Familiarity with EPIC EMR, Strong interpersonal and communication skills
