Mortgage Pricing Oversight Manager

A company is looking for a Home Mortgage Pricing Oversight Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage pricing discount programs and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Oversee a team handling pricing exception requests, relationship pricing, and post-closing loan modifications

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead the implementation of new pricing programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Degree or relevant experience

Experience in Mortgage, particularly pricing, is preferred

Proficiency with MS Office products, especially Excel

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
