Position Summary

The Equipment and Provisioning Coordinator ensures KR Wolfe's field teams are fully equipped and ready to perform. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role manages new hire kits, tracks tools and equipment, coordinates repairs and replacements, and maintains accurate inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and collaborative—supporting operational efficiency and team readiness across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Hire Provisioning : Assemble and ship tool, equipment, and technology kits for new field staff; coordinate with HR to meet onboarding timelines.
  • Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records in QuickBase, conduct regular audits, and report shortages or issues.
  • Equipment Returns & Maintenance : Process returns from exiting employees, oversee repairs, calibrations, and replacements with vendors.
  • Operational Support : Partner with Procurement and Logistics to restock inventory, distribute materials nationwide, and improve efficiency.
  • Compliance & Communication : Ensure all provisioning aligns with company standards, safety, and SPIRIT / QUEST values.

Qualifications

  • Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience : 2–4 years in inventory, procurement, or administrative support—construction or technical industry experience preferred.
  • Skills : Proficiency in inventory systems (QuickBase preferred), Microsoft Office, and equipment tracking. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attributes : Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative; thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Other : Onsite role in Phoenix, AZ; occasional local travel as needed.
