Senior Financial Analyst
Compensation : $100,000 - $110,000 base + 10% bonus
Location : Remote (EST hours) - Florida-based candidates only
Eligibility : U.S. Citizens
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join a large, private organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in owning the budgeting cycle, forecasting, KPI reporting, and developing three-statement financial models. This opportunity offers the chance for a Senior Financial Analyst to directly support leadership with meaningful financial insights that drive strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting as a Senior Financial Analyst
Build and maintain KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and reporting models
Develop and refine three-statement financial models to guide decision-making
Partner with cross-functional teams as the primary Senior Financial Analyst resource for analysis and recommendations
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation in reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
5+ years of progressive financial analysis or FP&A experience at the Senior Financial Analyst level or equivalent
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX / MATCH, financial modeling)
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and three-statement modeling
Ability to manage and interpret large data sets and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to support executive-level reporting as a Senior Financial Analyst
Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must reside in Florida and be able to work EST hours
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $100,000 - $110,000
