About the Role :

We are seeking a talented Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney to join our Pittsburgh office. This role focuses on serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing sophisticated estate and tax planning, pre-transaction planning, and efficient generational wealth strategies. Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft complex estate plans with attention to estate and income tax issues
  • Manage estate and trust administrations
  • Prepare estate, gift, inheritance, and income tax returns
  • Organize and prioritize multiple time-sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in estate planning and individual tax planning (high-net-worth clients preferred)
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills and client relationship management
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required
  • Must submit a writing sample with resume — applications without one will not be considered
