Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disordersCreate and implement personalized treatment plans that may include :PsychotherapyMedication managementInterventional therapies (TMS, Esketamine, Ketamine)Supervise and monitor patient response to interventional treatments and adjust as neededEducate patients and families about their conditions and treatment optionsCollaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, NPs, psychologists, and therapistsHandle mental health crises and provide appropriate interventionMaintain accurate EMRs and clinical documentationContribute to ongoing research and clinical data analysis to improve patient outcomesParticipate in continuing education and stay current with evolving psychiatric treatment protocolsQualifications :
