Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with policy questions, coverage explanations, and account updates.
Generate and present insurance quotes tailored to client needs.
Proactively reach out to existing and prospective clients to identify opportunities for new business.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely processing of policy changes, renewals, and claims suppor
Requirements
strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) a plus.
