Strong technical knowledge of access control and video surveillance systems, troubleshooting, and system optimization. Familiarity with security protocols. Experience with JIRA and incident management. Experience with cloud-based security solutions, network security, and documentation of technical systems is highly preferred. Manage and configure S2 Lenel and ExacqVision systems. Serve as the main point of contact for issues related to physical security applications. Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize performance. Perform routine system checks, apply patches, upgrades, and ensure continued system functionality. Maintain detailed runbooks and document system configurations, vendor details, and operational procedures. Handle JIRA tickets, ensuring timely resolution of security application issues and requests. Provide training and guidance on security applications and share best practices across teams. Work closely with a talented team of security professionals and vendors. Help ensure the integrity of their physical security systems and make a difference in the organization's security operations.
Physical Security Systems Administrator
Contract Length : 6-12 months
Location : Dallas, TX (100% ONSITE)
We are seeking a Physical Security Systems Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain physical security applications, including S2 Lenel (access control) and ExacqVision (video surveillance). In this role, you'll ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain security systems and compliance.
- This is an onsite position - Monday to Friday
