Captain

For the first time since opening, we are seeking 2 (Service) Captains to bring their energy and expertise to our veteran team at Angeline. Building on a reputation for outstanding food and service, we are hiring to meet the growing needs of the business. Each individual must shine in their passion for hospitality and have prior experience as a Captain or Server in a highly regarded, fine or upscale casual restaurant or private club. Candidate must be able to demonstrate a high aptitude for service and service technique, possess advanced culinary and beverage knowledge and more importantly - have a selfless attitude when it comes to providing a high level of service to the guest and the team around them. Captains are required to deliver world class service in a welcoming atmosphere, coordinate all food, beverage and support staff timing to the table. Wine knowledge and service experience is a must however staff is supported by one of the team's 3 certified sommeliers during service. All captains hired must also bring a related area of expertise to the table within 6 months of hiring, to help our team meet our goal of continuous improvement.  Forward all resumes to <
