Participation is required for resident didactic lectures, clinical care and evaluations. The individual is required to actively participate in the development and implementation of goals for the Pediatric Dental Residency Program. Individual should engage in the development and foster resident research activities. Advancement opportunities to Associate Program Director and Program Director Positions for the right person that exhibits leadership qualities and skills.

Qualifications :
- Degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) from a CODA accredited dental school
- Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
- Able to obtain dental license to practice dentistry in the State of Pennsylvania
- Able to obtain dental anesthesia permit - restricted I (oral conscious sedation) in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Proven hands-on medical-dental management experience.
