What You'll Do

  • Evaluate bedside care and identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Track and report quality outcomes and trends to management.

What You'll Bring

  • Current RN license in Illinois.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Experience in nursing with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks while meeting organizational standards.

    The compensation for this role ranges from $77,000 to $133,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This full-time position is located in Urbana, IL, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
