Farms Work Wonders grows more than vegetables! We are committed to creating advancement opportunities for Appalachian youth.

Through the Challenge Program, we offer young people, ages 16 through 21 years old, the opportunity to strengthen their work and life skills, deepen relationships, serve their community, and get paid! After successful completion of the Challenge Program participants are offered part-time Junior Crew positions in one of our enterprises or departments. Want to learn more? We accept applications on a rolling basis for the Challenge Program. Our next Challenge Program is scheduled to kick off in November.
