As a Security Officer - Tech Dispatch Patrol in Norfolk, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring activities and coordinating timely responses to security-related incidents. Your responsibilities will include managing communications between security teams, tracking incidents, and providing crucial information to help to deter potential issues. You will interact with both staff and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. By remaining attentive and responsive, you will contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Sat 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Sun 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
