Customer Needs Assessment : Actively listen to customers, assess their requirements, and recommend tailored broadband solutions that best meet their needs. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by providing ongoing support, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Performance Tracking : Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, completed sales, and challenges faced, ensuring accurate documentation of achievements and areas for improvement. Sales Planning & Forecasting : Provide regular sales projections to contribute to strategic planning and ensure business growth. Networking & Territory Expansion : Develop relationships within the community, establish contacts, and generate leads to expand market reach and identify new business opportunities. Exceptional Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and customer service abilities to foster positive client experiences. Analytical & Negotiation Expertise : Proficient in assessing customer needs and negotiating optimal solutions. Self-Motivation & Goal Orientation : Ability to independently set and achieve performance targets. Organizational Proficiency : Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks and customer data. Technical Aptitude : Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software for tracking sales progress and maintaining reports.
