Job Posting : Part-Time to Full Time Bookkeeper for Data Entry ( 15 to 30 hours a week)

Bookkeeper Qualifications / Skills :

• Associates Degree in Accounting or Related Field and / or 2 Years Accounting / Bookkeeping Experience
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• QuickBooks Online (QBO) Experience – Preferred
• QuickBooks Desktop Experience - Preferred
• Willingness to Learn New Programs and Applications
• High Attention to Detail
• Enjoys a Fast-Paced Environment
• Does Well with Multi-Tasking
• Analyzing Information
• Data Entry Skills
• Tech-Savvy

Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities :

Credit Card Reconciliations, Bank Statement Reconciliations

Data Entry

Work with Multiple Team Leaders to Complete Goals and Tasks for Various Clients
