Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator, hybrid in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.

Join our client’s team as a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator where you’ll help drive impactful marketing efforts across various channels. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with 3-6 years of marketing or product development experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in customer acquisition, portfolio management, and public relations planning. This position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in Wilmington, DE three days per week, and offers a pay range of $35.00 – $37.00 per hour.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities :

Lead new customer acquisition and portfolio management initiatives.

Plan key milestones to launch a Public Relations campaign / event to generate awareness for our product.

Partner with internal teams and external partners on strategy and obtaining approvals for the PR campaign.

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications :

3-6 years of experience in marketing or product development.

Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Extremely collaborative and able to work across leadership levels, teams, functions, and situations.

Detail-oriented and execution-focused, with a proven ability to deliver results in a complex, highly matrixed environment.

Customer-focused, with an eye toward both external and internal customers.

Analytical, able to identify issues, structure problems clearly, and make data-driven decisions.
