Job Summary :
As a Property Manager with SVN Toomey Property Advisors, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. You will be the key point of contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring properties are maintained at the highest standards. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What you will do as a Property Manager :
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet owner and tenant expectationsCoordinate maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and service providersConduct regular property inspections to assess and address maintenance needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenantsPrepare and manage property budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesOversee lease administration, including tenant onboarding and lease renewalsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulationsAddress tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer serviceQualifications :
Previous experience in property management or a related fieldStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (such as Appfolio / Buildium)Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a teamProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling challengesReal estate license (preferred but not required)
