ABOUT THE HOXTON : There are 4 restaurants located in The Hoxton. Cira A modern Mediterranean restaurant in West Loop, Chicago, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Cabra Cevicheria is a Peruvian-inspired rooftop restaurant by Chef Stephanie Izard. Lazy Bird is the speakeasy located downstairs.
PASTRY COOK’S RESPONSIBILITIES :
Accountable for plating and production of pastry food items while maintaining all safety and sanitation standards.
QUALIFICATIONS :
