What Youll Do

As Production Manager, youll lead our jewelry production team and ensure our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with uncompromising quality. Youll be the strategic force behind our production metrics, process improvements, and team developmentworking cross-functionally to align production with customer demand and brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

Production Leadership

• Monitor and optimize production metrics (output, cycle time, quality rates)
• Identify bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing techniques
• Oversee quality control across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Manage inventory in coordination with Supply Chain
• Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance
• Conduct time studies and remove workflow obstacles
• Align production schedules with product launches and order deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and report progress to leadership
