OnSpot Dermatology is currently looking for a full-time NIGHTSHIFT Histotechologist at our Pathology Lab in South Downtown Orlando!

As a Histotechnologist at OnSpot, you will play a vital role in preparing tissue samples for examination by our 2 staff Dermatopathologists. Currently, we process 70-100 specimens per day at our lab. You role will include various laboratory responsibilities including embedding, sectioning and staining tissues. We have a fantastic team that currently includes 2 Histotechnologists and a Lab Assistant. Our team at OnSpot is passionate about what they do and offers a fun and vibrant work culture.

Our office is located in South Downtown Orlando, across the street from Orlando Health's cancer institute. The address is 1131 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32806.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and process tissue samples for examination by Dermatopathologists
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring all instruments are functioning properly
• Perform quality control measures to ensure high standards in processing and staining procedures
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety stands, protocols and regulatory requirements.
