POSITION SUMMARY

Experience in dealing with Thermal Applications within the Data Center Industry (preferred), refrigeration or similar. Our promise : we'll give you comprehensive training and support you every step of the way in our company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You're the internal interface between sales, R&D, product development and production from the initial enquiry to acceptance by the customer and are also intensively involved in communication with our customers
• Providing comprehensive technical and commercial support in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize all tools available including sizing programs to correctly match the divisions products to meet or exceed the customers requirements.
• Actively participating in defining and evaluating target prices
• Analyzing the market development for our products and contribute to the further development of our markets
• Planning and following up visits to customers and trade shows
• Maintaining quotation, customer, and order data in our CRM system
• Adhere to all quality requirements that are inside of the Quality Management system
