We're looking to strengthen our team with a skilled IT Project Manager for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a Full time position in Beit Kama.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the site establishment project
  • Lead and ensure project delivery within defined timelines
  • Participate in all relevant project meetings with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Kamada's internal project managers and various external vendors
  • Develop IT work plans and define tasks and deliverables
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, personal computing, and process control teams
  • Align work phases, schedules, and procurement orders for necessary equipment
  • Coordinate software integrations to ensure seamless communication across system layers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a PMO in infrastructure or system implementation projects
  • Previous experience in site setup projects involving automated production lines in manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of IT domains including infrastructure, cybersecurity, software interfaces, and MESFamiliarity with process control systems
  • Experience leading new system implementations within organizations
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry – advantage
  • Proficient English – speaking, reading, and writing
  • Experience working with project management tools, including Gantt chart creationSkills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detailHigh-level analytical and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectivelyProactive, initiative-driven mindset
  • High motivation and ability to handle resistance and challengesStrong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
