LAuberge De Sedona Resorts and Spa - Food & Beverage Manager Restaurant 1-OEM

Location : Sedona, AZ

Role overview : The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assuring attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service in all F&B outlets, room service, lounge, and banquets (as applicable by hotel) while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. He / she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant, Room Service, Lounge, and Banquet sales revenues to exceed budget. Overtime applies for OEM associates as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure service excellence across all F&B outlets, room service, lounge, and banquets as applicable.
  • Maintain adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs.
  • Drive sales revenues for F&B operations to exceed budget.
  • Lead, develop, and coach F&B team members to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Food & Beverage management in hotels or luxury resorts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
  • Ability to work long hours as necessary for a management role.
