Join the vibrant team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Infant (6-12 mo.) Lead Teacher, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and educating our littlest learners. We are looking for passionate educators who are excited to create a loving and engaging environment for infants, fostering their growth and development.
Hours : Monday through Friday 7 : 30 am - 5 pm with a 1.5 hour lunch.
Responsibilities :
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote developmental milestones.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants aged 6-12 months.
- Observe and assess each child's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Provide daily reports on children's activities and developmental progress.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding childcare.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements :
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with parents and team members.
- Ability to create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
- Passion for working with infants and a commitment to their growth and well-being.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training opportunities.
