Operator 3, Bakery-Relief - 1st Shift

As a Break Relief Operator, you will be responsible for learning and effectively performing the duties of various roles within our manufacturing facility, including case erecting, packing, dough moving, mixing, operating machinery, and palletizing. Your ability to quickly adapt to different tasks, maintain a high level of productivity, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities :

• Provides break relief coverage for the following positions : Case erector / Packer; dough mover; mixer; operator; packer; palletizer as needed.
• Learns and demonstrates full competency in performing the job functions of the various positions assigned.
• Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships
• Must understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
• Must understand and comply with the company Allergen, Food Defense and HACCP policies
• Partners with Supervision and maintenance to maintain equipment in good working condition

Shift : 3rd

Hourly Rate : $23.00 - $25.00
