Position Summary :

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager / Project Executive to oversee and optimize our commercial construction projects , specializing in tenant improvement (TI) work. With over 15 years of experience in the Atlanta area, the ideal candidate will bring an extensive understanding of the region's construction landscape, and a proven ability to manage diverse teams and complex projects with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with quality standards.
  • Oversee tenant improvement (TI) work, ensuring client-specific needs are met with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and maximize profitability.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards, with a particular focus on Atlanta-area requirements.
  • Mentor and develop staff, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities, delivering solutions to mitigate challenges and enhance project outcomes.

    • Qualifications :

  • 15+ years of experience in commercial construction operations, with a strong focus on tenant improvement work.
  • Deep knowledge of the Atlanta construction market, including vendor networks, local regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, team leadership, and client satisfaction.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
