Foth is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Lead Electrical Power Engineer who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients' success. This position could work out of the Green Bay, Wisconsin; Madison, Wisconsin; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Chicago, Illinois; Minneapolis, Minnesota location, or a US-Based Remote work from home office location.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Engage directly in an industrial / manufacturing environment gathering field data and conducting field investigations, when required, for project work
• Provide technical engineering design support for industrial projects electrical systems including medium (15 kV) & low voltage (600 VAC) power distribution
• Complete power systems analysis (short circuit, load flow, overcurrent coordination, arc flash analysis, power factor, ground system, harmonics, panel SCCR)
• Design machine and process power distribution systems, facilities electrical and grounding systems and oversee installation
• Lead the development of all project related documentation, schedules, and cost estimates
• Perform QA / QC of design packages and stamp
• Lead design work, delegate appropriate efforts, and hold team members accountable
• Work as part of a collaborative project team integrated with partner contractors and client
• Lead design reviews with the client and internal teams
• Develop and write proposals which will include concepts, scope of work, deliverables, effort hours, and estimated cost
• Ability to travel for work up to 25% annually

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000 a year. The base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position. Base compensation will vary based on factors such as : years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses / certifications. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive program. All employees are eligible for On-the-Spot bonuses. Exempt members are also eligible for either quarterly and / or annual bonuses.
