Key Responsibilities
Drive growth by identifying and targeting potential clients and demonstrating how solutions can meet their needs
Cultivate customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand business objectives
Manage the sales cycle and ensure smooth transition of new customers to Customer Success
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SaaS subscription-based sales
Proven success in quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in the B2B, SaaS, HR Technology sector
Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Market organizations; Enterprise experience is a plus
Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline by sourcing opportunities
Recognized as a subject matter expert with experience in coaching or mentoring others
