Media Buyer (Part-Time / Contract) — Location : Remote; Type : Part-Time or Contract; Compensation : $2,000-$2,500 / month + commission or bonuses
Potential to grow into full-time based on performance
Role Overview :
We’re looking for a strategic media buyer who can do more than push buttons. You’ll own the planning, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns that bring high-quality leads into our pipeline. You need to be confident building from scratch, interpreting performance, and adjusting strategy based on real results.
What You\'ll Do :
- Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok
- Write and test ad copy, hooks, and headlines
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-performing videos and graphics
- Set up and manage custom audiences, retargeting, lead form campaigns, and lookalikes
- Track and improve key metrics across platforms
- Use UTMs, pixels, and custom conversions to monitor full-funnel attribution
- Report weekly on performance and make strategic recommendations based on Cometly data
- Work closely with the content and funnel teams to align messaging across channels
What We’re Looking For :
2+ years of media buying experience on MetaExperience on YouTube, and TikTok is a plusDeep understanding of performance strategy (not just execution)Comfortable managing budgets of $30k+ / monthAnalytical mindset with strong attention to dataAbility to think creatively to optimize creative testingMust be proactive, independent, and accountable to resultsBonus if you have an agriculture background
Experience and Qualifications
Required :
3+ years of experience in ag banking or a similar financial position within the agricultural industry.Proven track record in business coaching, consulting, or a leadership role that involved direct customer engagement.Strong understanding of financial management principles, especially as they relate to the agriculture industry.Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and inspire confidence in their business decision-making process.Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically.Experience working in or with agricultural businesses is required.This Role Is :
