Senior Consultant - Education Services State Director For North Carolina

PCG is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and strategic Senior Consultant to serve as the Education Services State Director for North Carolina. This role blends the responsibilities of portfolio management, strategic client management and engagement, and business development, overseeing a portfolio of high-impact projects across multiple business lines supporting school districts and state agencies. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative mindset, deep knowledge of the North Carolina education landscape, and a proven ability to drive growth and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a portfolio of education-focused projects across North Carolina's K-12 ecosystem, ensuring alignment with PCG's mission and client goals.
• Serve as the engagement lead for key clients.

Preferred Experience :

Compensation : As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role : $90,100-$147,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
