We're seeking a Traffic Engineer- Project Manager with a minimum of 12 years of experience in transportation engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management to join our growing traffic team in New York City. We're a close-knit team of about 50 professionals, known for our collaborative spirit and strong relationships—both internally and with our clients. Responsibilities

• Lead transportation planning studies, traffic impact analyses, and safety assessments
• Contribute to Environmental Impact Assessments and Planning and Environmental Linkages studies
• Design and oversee traffic data collection and analysis
• Collaborate with roadway and structural engineers on iterative design processes
• Ensure quality and consistency through QA / QC reviews
• Manage project budgets and client communications
• Present technical concepts at public meetings and support stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate modeling efforts and integrate results into planning recommendations
• Prepare technical reports, memoranda, and presentations
• Support business development through proposal writing and interviews
