Recruiter
The Recruiter is responsible for the campus recruitment and selection process of all associates employed. This position will also assist in onboarding, succession planning for key roles, as well as perform administrative duties, and other special tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified applicants, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining company recruitment efforts on various job boards, including social media.
- Lead and conduct campus interviews for all associates as assigned across all classifications.
- Manage employment background checks and ensures compliance of required documentation.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters and associate files.
- Run and maintain reports on employment statistics, including turnover, retention, and engagement.
- File papers and documents into appropriate associate files; performs paper and system audits as necessary.
- Assist with new-hire orientations.
- Process new-hire forms and set-up into system.
- Assist associates in initial benefits enrollment.
- Distribute all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
- Assist in administration of campus tuition and bonus programs.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Associate's Degree and three (3) or more years of experience in Human Resources and talent acquisitionExperience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and on boarding processesExcellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS programsQUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fieldExperience with PDS Vista and SmartLinx software and applicant tracking systems.Experience with social media for recruitment purposesPHR or SHRM-CP certificationExperience working with electronic application programsSalary Range
$32.00 - $34.00
