• opportunity for you! We are seeking a skilled Device Repair Technician who can repair cell phones, tablets, light fixtures, and other devices as needed. Additionally, you'll play a key role in establishing the device repair function within our store.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Repair cell phones, tablets, and other devices as needed
• Handle the receiving, packing, and shipping of devices
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Provide remote support via live camera (e.g., Skype) for in-store repairs
• Adhere to all safety regulations and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 3-6+ months of device repair experience
• Alternatively, an associate degree in electronics or a related technical field
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to educate and train others
• Must be comfortable using hands to handle electronic products and regularly operate computers and office equipment - Ability to lift 10-20 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally, and more than 50 pounds infrequently.
