The position involves consulting partners from conception including feasibility, design, preconstruction, contractor selection, construction stage management, and through completion and turnover. Job Description

Take ownership and initiative on all projects from conception to completion. Organize client meetings / sub meetings and develop long-term relationships. Perform estimates. Prepare budgets and schedules. Report directly to the President and Operations Manager. Proactively drive solutions.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of construction experience - ideally with a General Contractor. Industrial Project Experience - Warehouses, cold storage facilities, manufacturing facilities, big box. Proven experience in management of cradle-to-grave construction process. Estimating / Preconstruction experience is a plus. Carpentry background or electrical experience is a plus. Potential to grow into leadership roles. Strong presentation and desire to client face.
