Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to resolve patient account inquiries and collect payments
Negotiate payment of outstanding accounts while maintaining patient satisfaction
Document collection efforts and research alternative insurance or payment options
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 5 years' experience in a related role, with 1 year in a call center environment
Strong working knowledge of the healthcare reimbursement process
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
High level of integrity and dependability with a results-oriented mindset
