Halco currently has an openings for an experienced HVAC Installer in the Tompkins county area to help meet our customers' needs. We are seeking out candidates that are dependable and self-motivated individuals to join our install team. We primarily perform residential HVAC installations. 1 to 3 years install experience required. This position is for an experienced technician and has ample room for advancement. While it is required that you have HVAC installation experience, it is also essential that you have good coordination, a great knowledge of tools, and are able to work outdoors. A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications :

Candidates will be expected to :

  • Have the technical ability to install Furnaces, Air Source Heat Pump, Hot Water Heater, Boilers along with various other equipment
  • Understand how to provide customer service on a level that will both maintain our existing customer base and attract new clientele
  • Be organized, efficient and punctual
  • Possess the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a valid NY State drivers license
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance with a positive, goal-oriented attitude daily

    • Compensation :

    $25.00 too $45.00 per hour depending on experience
