Mental Health Therapist $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Job Description

We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Therapists. Applicants must be at least 20 years old and pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.

Salary : $57,000 annually, based on education and experience. Education requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution. Valid licensure (e.g., LMSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT) and a driver’s license are required.

Minimum one-year supervised experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to children / adolescents, with relevant coursework. The role involves trauma-informed case management and therapy, collaborating with community partners to meet client needs.
