FB Titan Electric Inc. is seeking an experience Project Manager II (Full-time, permanent) to support our growing portfolio in Albuquerque, NM . The successful candidate will be required to be in office and travel to various project sites within Salt Lake City.
Project Manager II's operate with a high level of independence and lead all aspects of project execution-planning, safety, commercial performance, subcontractor oversight, and client coordination. This role requires sound judgment, strong communication, and deep knowledge of construction sequencing, quality control, and risk management. Typical work includes overhead distribution builds, brownfield substation upgrades, and localized transmission construction.

Key Responsibilities :
Lives Forbes Bros. value of WE WORK SAFE & never compromising on safety in all aspects of our every dayEnforces corporate safety policies and field-level job hazard procedures, inspections, and auditsSupports Safety professionals as required at the project siteDevelop project execution strategies, including work phasing, resource planning, and field methodologyLead daily and weekly planning with crews, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersCoordinate mobilization, permitting, material flow, and equipment accessMonitor schedule performance and lead recovery planning where neededPrepares cost forecast for assigned Projects, develops plans for improving cost performance, and works with construction supervision to implement changesPrepare budgets based on Project estimate and input into Company ERM software systemReads, reviews and understands Client Contract content and requirements with support from others as requiredAble to inform others of Contract requirementsCommunicates with Client concerning changes in Contract scope or terms with goal to obtain appropriate Contract Change OrderPrepares and submits necessary Change Order information to ClientNegotiates less complex Change Orders based on Company guidanceEnsures selection of qualified material suppliersCompletes material purchase requisitions and ensures issue of applicable purchase orders in accordance with Company policyNegotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for the benefit of the Company and project within limits of authorityTracks, expedites, and ensures review and approval of all subcontractor submittals according to subcontract requirementsPrepares and publishes required Project reports which may include daily, weekly, and monthly progress reportsSchedules and host regular Project review meetings including Project Kickoff and Closeout MeetingsPublishes meeting minutes for applicable meetingsSupports development of and ensures implementation of Project plans for HSE, Quality, overall execution, cost management, change management and other areasRecommends plan modifications to support better execution and compliance with Project requirementsTracks defined Project risk conditions, cost and other impacts associated with defined Project risksSeeks ways to mitigate risks to prevent negative impacts on the Company and ProjectWhat We Are Looking For :
Minimum five (5) years of leading construction projects in linear construction or electric transmission construction , is requiredBachelor level degree (B.S.) in Construction Management, an Engineering discipline related to the Company's work, or similar technical degree, is requiredPMP or CET, or equivalent certification , is preferredPreferred experience managing construction projects with contract values of at least $2 millionProficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, SAP, Primavera P6, and standard cost control or scheduling platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, dependable, and safety-oriented with meticulous attention to detailAble and willing to travel as required and work extended / flexible hours if required to accommodate project / site hours of operationAble and willing to provide a valid driver's license and an acceptable drivers abstractFB Titan Electric Inc. is a subsidiary under the Forbes Bros USA Inc. umbrella.
