Our client, a fast-growing AI platform that builds and deploys intelligent workers to automate communication, is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to help design and scale the internal systems that power its rapid growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a sharp, resourceful operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving operational challenges, and takes full ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
- Optimize Processes : Identify inefficiencies and build scalable systems across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
- Drive Execution : Lead key cross-functional initiatives that improve how teams operate and deliver impact.
- Manage Tools & Systems : Evaluate and implement internal tools that enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Plan & Report : Support company planning cycles, track progress against OKRs, and ensure organizational alignment.
- Document & Enable : Develop internal documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support operational excellence.
- Connect Teams : Act as the glue between departments, removing roadblocks and ensuring speed and clarity across the organization.
Who You Are
3 to 6 years of experience , ideally as a former consultant turned startup operatorBackground in management consulting (required) ; startup operations or other high-intensity environments preferredGraduate of a top 25 university (a plus, not required)Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven, you enjoy being in the weeds and improving unglamorous but critical systemsHungry, scrappy, and resilient, able to thrive in ambiguity and move fast with limited resourcesAmbitious and ready to step into a Head of Operations role within a yearThis is an opportunity to own core operations at a company shaping the future of AI-driven work, building real systems, solving real problems, and scaling a team with purpose.
