We are looking for a maintenance associate who can take care of our facility. You will be responsible for walking the property every day, looking for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that's off, and fixing small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.

• Walk the property every day to identify and fix issues
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs
• Keep the place clean, including hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs
• Turn over units after move-outs, sweeping, cleaning, and getting them ready for the next renter
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they're working
• Help customers when they're on site and need a hand
